Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox born December 25 in 1954. She was born in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox attended Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London in the 1970s. She took a course in harpsichord and flautist piano over three years. Lennox made it through on an allowance for students as well as working part-time to help supplement her income. Lennox wasn't happy with the quality of her abilities compared to others at the Royal Academy and began looking at other options. Lennox played flute in a band named Dragons Playground in 1976. She left the band before they appeared in I.T.V's talent show New Faces. Her main role was as the singer of The Tourists from 1977 until in 1980. That was also where she got to know Dave Stewart with whom she will form the pop duo Eurythmics. Then, Lennox began working on her solo first album Diva which came out in 1992. It received lots of praise from the press and critics. Nostalgia Lennoxs 6th solo album was launched in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox chose her most loved blues and soul tunes. Lepidoptera features four keyboard tracks. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut solo album, and is a sequel to the art installation she designed at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You go... Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on 25 December. She is an activist, philanthropist, and singer. Following a modest recognition as part of the group known as The Tourists in the late 1970s, Lennox and co-musician Dave Stewart went on to be recognized as the duo known as Eurythmics in the 1980s. Lennox began her solo career in 1992 when she released the album of Diva with many of her most popular songs like Why as well as walking on Broken Glass. Medusa a studio album released in 1995, has songs that are re-imagined from her most popular songs including The No MoreI I Still Love Yous (and The Whiter Shade of Pale). She has released six solo studio and compilation albums.
